Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads Reporting

HERO Marketing is seeking a partner to provide monthly digital campaign reporting for Google and LinkedIn ads, along with actionable recommendations.

HERO develops most of the creative and messaging for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, but we do not perform paid media reporting or analytics. We have been supporting some base-level campaign setup on LinkedIn only. We often review campaign reporting and collaborate on campaign optimization, but we recognize there are experts who know things we don’t.

About the client and job:

• A B2B SaaS financial services company whose main target is credit unions in the U.S.

• Has a small marketable universe (~5K) in the US.

• Relies on first-party data (CRM) and retargeting; Lookalike models/audiences have been tested and underperformed

• They’re seeking a cost-effective partner/consultant as media spend is low

• Currently running LI ad campaigns using first-party (CRM) lists

• Recently commissioned a platform audit, which will be shared if we choose to move forward

Please provide sample reporting and monthly costs for the 3 needs below:

1. Monthly Reporting

• Pull monthly reports (both platforms) – client will grant you access

• Analyze findings

• 30-min. meeting with HERO to review and align on findings

• 1-hour meeting with client to share findings and recommendations

2. Monthly Recommendations

May include, but are not limited to:

• Budget allocations

• Bid strategies

• Campaign structures

• Channel strategy

• Creative/messaging (HERO will collaborate on this)

• Competitive

• Content based on marketing funnel (upper, mid, lower)

• Retargeting strategies

• Nurture sequencing

3. Campaign Setup & Management

• The client sets up all LinkedIn campaigns and has their audiences and lead forms pre-loaded

• Currently, only LinkedIn ads have been running. There are 6 active campaigns, of which HERO set up 3 in a 5-month period.

• HERO gets creative and a copy matrix and then uploads into preset campaigns—this includes creating ad sets (uploading graphics, populating copy fields, assigning lead form/URL, and QC against the matrix prior to launch)

• Google Ad campaigns: None are currently running, but the plan is to potentially start running some Google responsive ads along with display ads
