[Hiring] Talent & Culture Specialist @Agility PR Solutions
Role Description
We’re seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to play a hands-on role within our growing People & Culture function. In this role, you’ll handle full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, move searches forward, and guide candidates through the hiring journey from first conversation through onboarding.
- Maintain strong follow-through and momentum across recruitment efforts.
- Take initiative to keep searches moving and continuously improve how we hire.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers.
- Develop your ability to influence, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Explore how traditional recruiting practices can be improved through AI-powered tools and data.
- Proactively identify ways to improve sourcing, screening, feedback timelines, and candidate communication.
- Contribute to projects that strengthen our culture, improve the employee experience, and support engagement across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- CHRP or CHRL designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume or technology-focused environments.
- Strong interest in the broader recruitment function and a continuous drive to improve, innovate, and apply best practices.
- Experience sourcing candidates through a mix of outreach methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and proactive relationship building.
- Demonstrated interviewing skills using structured, situational, and behavioural interview techniques.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards, including ESA, OHRC, AODA, and PIPEDA.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Rippling, with attention to data accuracy and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, peers, and senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Interest in contributing to HR and culture initiatives beyond recruitment, such as onboarding, engagement, and employee development.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada, the US, and the UK.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and coordinate interviews.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Use existing and help explore new AI-enabled tools and recruitment analytics.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through networking, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Support job posting development, onboarding coordination, and market research related to compensation and role design.
- Partner with HR colleagues on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Provide support on generalist HR activities such as onboarding administration and employee communications.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent Agility PR Solutions at employment events and within professional communities.
- Contribute ideas and support to broader People & Culture projects.

- Compensation for this role is expected to fall within the range of $60,000–$85,000 annually.
