Marketing Analytics & Tracking Specialist (GA4 + GTM + Integrations)

We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Analytics & Tracking Specialist to help clients fix and upgrade their marketing tracking infrastructure—primarily centered around GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and marketing stack integrations. This role starts part-time / project-based, and can expand into more work (and potentially full-time) depending on performance and demand.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own implementation and troubleshooting across:

1) GA4 & Google Tag Manager Setup

Deploy and configure GA4 for accurate event + conversion tracking

Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) for clean tag architecture

Ensure proper tracking across websites (including common CMS + site builders)

2) Marketing Stack Integrations (Data Flow + Attribution)

• Integrate GA4 with:

HubSpot

Shopify

Salesforce

Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Ensure key business outcomes (like revenue + pipeline) can be tied back to marketing activity

3) Conversion API & Platform Tracking

Implement CAPI-style server-side tracking where applicable

Improve tracking quality for paid media and measurement reliability

Integrate Stape where necessary.

4) Client-Ready Execution

Communicate clearly, move fast, document work

Deliver setups that are durable and easy for others to maintain

Ideal Background

You have deep hands-on experience with:

GA4 implementation and troubleshooting

Google Tag Manager and Server Google Tag Manager

B2B and B2C/DTC tracking setups

Marketing stack integrations (CRM + analytics + ecommerce)

Conversion tracking accuracy + attribution quality

Work Style / Role Structure

This is a high-responsibility role: clients depend on accurate data

As part of the process, you will be asked to complete a real tracking deployment:
