Marketing Professionals: Screen Recording for Salesforce Workflows

About the position

We are running a paid study to understand how marketing teams interact with enterprise automation platforms. Our goal is to evaluate the everyday usability of complex campaign management tools. Your insights will help us map common friction points and successful workflow patterns. You will complete an asynchronous screen recording session while navigating your typical marketing setup. We will ask you to walk us through a specific Salesforce Marketing Cloud workflow from start to finish. As you go, you will narrate your decision-making process and highlight any workarounds you rely on. The entire task is remote and can be completed directly from your own desktop.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate through a typical Salesforce Marketing Cloud workflow
  • Record your screen while narrating your step-by-step actions
  • Explain the reasoning behind your campaign setup choices
  • Identify any usability challenges or platform workarounds you encounter

Requirements

  • Active role in digital marketing or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Comfortable recording your screen and providing verbal commentary
  • Ability to articulate complex marketing workflows clearly

Nice-to-haves
