Paid Search Manager – B2B

Job Description:

  • Directly manage search engine marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, making daily optimizations and updates
  • Oversee all account activity for a complex and diverse portfolio of clients
  • Develop campaign strategies for assigned clients
  • Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise B2B clients by leading paid search strategy, performance optimization, and business planning
  • Develop campaign architecture, optimization plans, testing roadmaps, and operational improvements
  • Manage paid search account structures across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive strategic planning, forecasting, budget management, testing initiatives, and performance optimization
  • Translate campaign performance and business insights into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
  • Partner with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, SEO, and other channel teams on integrated marketing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiencies, audience expansion, and performance innovation
  • Maintain campaign health through proactive monitoring, QA processes, and optimization best practices
  • Participate in client meetings, performance reviews, and presentations while building client relationships
  • Stay current on search platform updates, AI-driven search innovations, automation capabilities, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 1.5–3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns within an agency environment
  • Experience supporting B2B paid search programs across enterprise or mid-market clients preferred
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; familiarity with SA360 is a plus
  • Working knowledge of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, automation, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and reporting platforms
  • Experience interpreting campaign data and communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across several client accounts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM integrations for lead generation measurement preferred
  • Experience managing offline conversion tracking and lead quality optimization
  • Familiarity with first-party audience strategies, CRM integrations, and advanced attribution methodologies
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance
