You’ll shape how creative assets are uploaded, organized, and activated across campaigns, including new AI‑powered and automated solutions. Your work will directly impact how efficiently advertisers of all sizes can create on‑brand, high‑performing campaigns, and will be a key driver of Pinterest Ads revenue growth.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end design for Merchant AI Assistant experiences across Pinterest Business Assistant workflows, including onboarding, catalog health, and Catalog Enhance.</li> <li>Define cohesive patterns that connect conversational AI with contextual product experiences, helping merchants understand priorities and complete meaningful actions.</li> <li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Content Design, and the Orchestrator team to build scalable, trustworthy AI experiences.</li> <li>Use merchant research, product data, evaluations, and experimentation to improve subagent guidance, prompts, and end-to-end workflows.</li> <li>Shape the vision and scaling strategy for Catalog Enhance, helping merchants improve product data quality and discoverability on Pinterest.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience designing complex B2B, commerce, merchant, or advertising products; familiarity with catalog management or AI-powered tools is a plus.</li> <li>Strong product discovery and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear, scalable experiences.</li> <li>Experience designing AI or conversational experiences, including thoughtful approaches to trust, guidance, error recovery, and human control.</li> <li>Proven ability to partner across product, engineering, research, data, and platform teams to influence direction and ship high-quality work.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity, a bias for action, and strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and design tradeoffs.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to drive high-velocity product outcomes.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>5+ years of product design experience or equivalent.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
