We\'re looking for an experienced CRM and Lifecycle Marketing leader to take charge of one of our most impactful revenue-driver areas: Reactivations. We need someone who\'s data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a B2B environment. Our Reactivations team already generates over $50M/year in revenue, and we aim to double that in 2025. It\'s one of the company\'s highest-leverage growth bets, with strong execution support, and our CEO and CMO are personally invested in its success. In this role, you\'ll have the autonomy to run with your strategy, the data to back your decisions, and full leadership support. You\'ll work closely with sharp minds across Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics in a remote environment that moves fast and stays focused on results. How you’ll drive growth: - Design and continuously improve the user experience for dormant leads across all reactivation efforts. - Manage existing campaigns and trigger flows to maximize re-engagement conversion and revenue growth. - Propose new channels and triggers based on research to drive higher reactivation success. - Stay current on trends and share insights to help the team evolve and improve. Relevant experience for this role: This isn’t a checklist. These are the traits and experiences we believe make someone thrive in this role, but you don’t need to meet every single one. In general, the ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and has scaled CRM programs and optimized lifecycle journeys. A quantitative mindset and working knowledge of SQL are a big plus. - 4+ years with CRM or Lifecycle Marketing. - 5+ years in Email Marketing, Demand Gen, or Growth Marketing. - 2+ years in leadership roles with team management experience. - Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM. - Experience in B2B Marketing. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. - Native or Bilingual level of English. Additional Skills: - Experience with marketing analytics, ops, and/or automation. - Experience in the IT / Staffing industry. - Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., STEM, Economics, etc.).
