Application Support Specialist- EMR

We are seeking a Product Specialist II to Company Confidential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, technical support, and business application troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support to Company Confidential/MIE customers across Company Confidential product lines. You will serve as the central customer service contact for existing clients, answering questions, escalating Company Confidential issues, and providing ongoing training to users.
