Customer Service/Sales Admin - Immediate Start!

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Kingston
Contract: 6 Month temping contract - possibility of extension
Hours: Full Time - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)

This role provides vital administrative support to Product Managers and Sales teams, helping to ensure the smooth flow of information, documentation and processes that underpin daily commercial operations. The position would suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain sales and product data within internal systems.
  • Monitor stock information and assist with the resolution of related queries.
  • Gather and update pricing information as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, depots and internal stakeholders.
  • Create, organise and maintain electronic and paper-based records.
  • Prepare, compile and distribute routine correspondence and documentation.
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and follow up on invoice discrepancies and related queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial and trading teams.
  • Assist with maintaining efficient administrative processes and suggest improvements where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • Previous administration experience within a professional office environment.
  • Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks within a busy environment.
