About the Role:

You\'ll own the full development cycle end-to-end for all our jewellery launches. From identifying what’s trending and likely to sell, coming up with collection ideas, briefing designs to factories & reviewing samples. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into high-performing SKUs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at speed and seeing their ideas quickly turn into products customers love

What You\'ll Do:

Product & Trend Direction

  • Identify trends, best-sellers, and gaps in the market
  • Turn insights into commercially strong jewellery ideas (not just aesthetic ones)

Fast Product Development

  • Work across multiple product timelines simultaneously
  • Move quickly from idea → brief → sample → iteration → launch
  • Balance speed, cost, and quality

Design & Briefs

  • Create or brief jewellery designs with clarity and precision
  • Ensure designs are wearable, manufacturable, and aligned with brand

Samples & Approval

  • Order and review samples at home
  • Make clear go/no-go decisions and push for improvements with factories

Collections & Launches

  • Build cohesive jewellery drops with strong commercial appeal
  • Collaborate with the content team on visuals and launch execution

Factory Communication

  • Manage daily communication with factories (WeChat/WhatsApp)
  • Keep timelines moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong commercial instinct (fashion jewellery) - you understand what will actually sell
  • Excellent aesthetic taste aligned with beautiful, elevated & everyday jewellery
  • Ability to work fast without overthinking or over-perfecting
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple timelines at once
  • Strong brief-writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable reviewing CADs and giving clear, actionable feedback (CAD creation is not required)
  • Genuine interest in trends, products, and what’s currently performing in the market
  • Experience in jewellery, accessories, fashion, or product development
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating async with suppliers
