Lettings Specialist / Senior Lettings Specialist King's Lynn Full-Time Permanent £32,000 - £34,000 DOE + Commission Are you an experienced Lettings professional looking to take the next step in your property career? Our client is seeking a driven, customer-focused Lettings Specialist / Senior Lettings Specialist to join their successful and growing team in King's Lynn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Role As a key member of the Lettings team, you will manage the lettings journey from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement while supporting the growth of the business through landlord engagement, rental valuations, and new business generation. Key Responsibilities Managing the full lettings process from applicant enquiry through to move-in. Conducting property viewings and securing tenancy agreements. Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants. Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties. Progressing references, tenancy documentation, and compliance requirements. Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal departments. Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships. Supporting property management activities where required. Carrying out rental valuations for prospective and existing landlords. Advising landlords on local market conditions, rental values, and lettings strategies. Identifying and securing new lettings instructions. Developing strong landlord relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day administrative duties. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous residential lettings experience (essential). Strong knowledge of tenancy processes and property management. Experience conducting rental valuations and winning new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail. The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure. A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach. Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements. A commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify business opportunities. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use. What's on Offer? Competitive basic salary of £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
