  • Develop a centralised repository of experiments, insights, and best practices to ensure learnings are captured and shared across teams.
  • Manage Multi-Channel Paid Acquisition
  • Lead campaign management and optimisation across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage budgets, campaign structure, and performance against agreed business objectives.
  • Identify high-performing audience, messaging, and creative combinations that drive qualified user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives, including user-generated content and creator-led campaigns.
  • Analyse Performance and Drive Insights
  • Establish robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks across the user journey from acquisition through activation and retention.
  • Produce regular reporting on customer acquisition cost (CAC), activation, retention, and channel performance.
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations that inform product development and growth strategy.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for a high-growth consumer or prosumer software business.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social advertising platforms and experience implementing tracking and attribution frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimise against performance metrics such as CAC, activation, and retention.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience within the creator economy, user-generated content marketing, onboarding funnels, or basic SQL knowledge.
Preferred Skills
  • Have a naturally curious and investigative mindset.
  • Approach marketing with a test-and-learn methodology.
  • Enjoy building repeatable systems and processes that drive long-term growth.
  • Are proactive and continually seeking new opportunities to improve performance.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build and shape a growth function from an early stage.
