Production Operatives Wanted – Canvey Island

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and enjoys working as part of a team. You will need a good eye for detail, a positive attitude and the ability to work at a steady pace.

No previous production experience? No problem! Full training will be provided.

Position: Temporary, ongoing work 
Location: Canvey Island - Free bus service from Benfleet train station daily.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Duties:-

  • Work as part of a supportive team on a fast-paced production line.
  • Prepare boxes, add inserts and carefully place products inside.
  • Close, label and pack finished products ready for dispatch.
  • Carry out simple quality checks to make sure everything looks neat and meets our standards.
  • Keep up with the pace of the production line while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with colleagues to keep the line running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Follow straightforward production and quality procedures and help maintain a clean, organised working area.
