Mid Level Project Manager x7 - Inside IR35 Must Have NHS or HealthcareHealthcare Sector Contract Type: Inside IR35 £400pd Start Date: 20/10/2025 Duration: 6 Months (Initial Term) Location: Fully Remote (UK-based candidates only)Role OverviewWe are seeking seven Mid-Level Project Managers to support a major programme upgrading the application and cloud infrastructure of a radiology system within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of critical healthcare technology across the UK.Working Hours

  • 5 roles: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00
  • 2 roles: Evening and weekend working (typically Thursday/Friday evenings and partial weekend hours; final schedule to be confirmed once the project scope is complete)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project delivery for the radiology system application and cloud infrastructure upgrade.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate across multiple technical and business teams in a remote setting.
  • Create and maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and communication structures.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Adapt and manage resources effectively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing software implementation projects within the NHS or healthcare sector, or a minimum of 3 years in software project management.
  • Prince2 or equivalent Project Management qualification/experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
  • Solid technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans and ensuring timely execution of deliverables in fast-paced settings.
