Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in financial operations. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track performance metrics. Support the development and implementation of new financial processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in finance analytics and AI, and make recommendations for their integration into the organization's operations. Communicate complex financial concepts and analyses in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Work closely with the Finance Analytics & AI team to identify and address any data quality or integrity issues. Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis of financial data to support the organization's goals and objectives. Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial analytics and AI-related matters. Mentor and guide junior team members in the use of finance analytics and AI tools and techniques. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security in all finance analytics and AI initiatives. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial data and analytics.
