You will lead teams collaboratively, driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs, manage project management, technical services, and external resources, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery. You will champion safety first by embedding Mace’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing framework and drive programme, design, procurement, and construction through to completion.
