Shift Pattern:

Night shift rotation

4‑on / 4‑off schedule

Hours: 19:00–07:00
 

*6-8 weeks of fully paid daytime training (Mon–Fri) required prior to starting the night shift rotation

  • Use a broad range of monitoring and programming software
  • Deliver excellent customer service to external residential customers
  • Handle bespoke and high-security customer requirements with discretion
  • Assist field engineers to ensure remote connectivity to alarm systems
