We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and technically capable Project Manager, Lifestyle to work closely with the General Manager, Lifestyle across our Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear businesses.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a traditional project management role. You will act as the GM's single point of ownership for high-priority initiatives that need to be driven, built, analysed, or automated across the Lifestyle business.</p><p><br></p><p>The role requires someone who is equally comfortable building a financial model, writing a product specification, managing a cross-functional project, analysing performance data, presenting a recommendation to senior leadership, or building an AI-powered prototype themselves.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Own and drive the GM’s priority projects across Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear from planning through execution.</li><li>Manage strategic initiatives including store-to-door, retail, cross-border, and major brand/distributor partnerships.</li><li>Build project plans with clear owners, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop business cases, financial models, and analysis to support key decisions.</li><li>Translate business needs into product requirements and work with Product and Technology teams on delivery.</li><li>Build AI-powered prototypes, scripts, agents, dashboards, and automations using tools such as Python and SQL.</li><li>Own and prioritise the Lifestyle AI and automation backlog alongside the dedicated engineer.</li><li>Manage and align stakeholders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and category teams.</li><li>Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and proactively drive them to resolution.</li><li>Track project performance and provide clear updates and recommendations to the GM and senior leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>An Engineering degree combined with an MBA, or an equivalent academic and professional background.</li><li>Approximately 3–7 years of experience within management consulting, e-commerce/marketplaces, strategy, operations, product, or another highly analytical and execution-focused environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience taking complex, cross-functional projects from idea through to implementation.</li><li>Experience influencing and driving stakeholders without formal reporting authority.</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to independently build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python, with enough technical capability to build solutions independently using modern AI tools.</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and/or agent frameworks.</li><li>Strong product understanding, including the ability to write a clear product specification, define requirements, prioritise features, and interpret customer or operational funnels.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations.</li><li>Confidence presenting recommendations, business cases, and project updates directly to GM and senior leadership level.</li><li>A strong bias towards action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.</li></ul><p><br></p>
