Senior Social Media and Content Executive

We are hiring a Senior Social & Content Executive responsible for delivering high quality social media content and digital storytelling across the group’s portfolio of private members’ clubs including Annabel’s, George, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar and Bath & Racquets Club .

Working closely with the Senior Content & Social Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, this role supports the planning, creation and execution of social media content, campaigns and brand storytelling that reflect the heritage, creativity and luxury positioning of The Birley Clubs The role also provides content support t o The Caring Family Foundati on where required, particularly on collaborative campaigns, events and activations connected to the Club

This is a highly creative and operational role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and is confident managing multiple shoots, campaigns and content streams simultaneous

Responsibilities include:

Content Planning & Schedule
  • Support the planning and scheduling of social media content across The Birley Clubs, ensuring a consistent and well-organised content pipeline
  • Manage the social media Stories rota across the team to maintain regular coverage across all clubs
  • Coordinate monthly photography and videography schedules, ensuring each club has a strong bank of content
  • Work closely with Events, Kitchens, Bars, Membership and Marketing teams to plan content around key moments, launches and seasonal activations
  • Identify content opportunities and gaps, proactively recommending additional shoots where required
Content Production & Shoot Management
  • Plan and coordinate photography and videography shoots across the Clubs
  • Develop creative briefs and shot lists aligned with campaign objectives and content requirements
  • Manage shoot logistics, including locations, timings, props and internal approvals.
  • Attend shoots and oversee content capture to ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Coordinate post-production workflows, including image selection, editing and asset delivery
  • Build strong working relationships with photographers, videographers and other creative partners
Campaigns, Activations & Content Creation
  • Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, member experiences and cultural programming across the Clubs
  • Assist with campaign content planning and execution across social channels
  • Capture and create content during events and activations
  • Ensure campaigns are communicated effectively across social platforms and aligned with wider marketing activity
  • Support post-campaign reporting and partner content requirements where applicable
  • Create engaging social-first content that reflects the atmosphere, creativity and luxury positioning of the Clubs
  • Produce Instagram Stories and support the creation of Reels and short-form video content
  • Assist with content for digital newsletters, email marketing and other marketing communication
Community Engagement & Performance Reporting
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages where appropriate
  • Engage with member and guest-generated content across social platforms.
  • Escalate membership enquiries or sensitive issues to relevant internal teams when required.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
  • Produce regular performance reports and campaign summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise content performance and increase engagement
Content Library, Asset Management and Internal Collaboration
  • Maintain and organise photography, video and campaign assets across shared marketing drives.
  • Ensure content is clearly labelled, archived and easily accessible across all club brands
  • Support the retrieval of assets for marketing campaigns, PR activity and internal presentations.
  • Work closely with Events, Membership, Operations, Bars, Kitchens, Marketing and PR teams to ensure content reflects the full Club experience.
  • Coordinate content capture for events, launches and activations.
  • Support efficient communication and planning across departments to facilitate content production.
Supporting The Caring Family Foundation
  • Support content creation and storytelling for Foundation initiatives where relevant to the Clubs.
  • Assist with content capture for Foundation events hosted within the Club portfolio.
  • Support collaborative campaigns and activations, including initiatives such as Annabel's for the Amazon.
The successful candidate will demonstrate
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital storytelling
  • Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating photography and videography shoots
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, collaborative and creative approach to content creation
  • Experience working within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
Experience Required
  • 3-5 years' experience in social media, content, digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or membership-based brands is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and content creation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
