Student Ambassador

About Us

We are the UK’s first platform connecting businesses with university students through real-world projects, creating opportunities for practical learning and employment. Nominated nationally and internationally as Early-stage Standout 2024 and Startup of the Year 2025, we operate on three core principles: Value Creation, Fairness and Empathy, and Knowledge as a Shared Asset.

If you share these values and want to make a real impact on higher education, we’d love to hear from you.

The XPA Ambassador Programme

As an ambassador, you’ll help shape the future of higher education by enabling students to collaborate with real businesses on consulting projects. You will be focusing on onboarding the student users of the platform. This is a flexible opportunity designed for current management students (open to all disciplines) who want to gain practical experience and contribute to a nationally recognised startup transforming experiential learning in the UK.

You decide when and how you contribute, making it easy to balance with your studies and other commitments.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent The XPA on campus and online
  • Engage your peers through social media, societies, and student networks
  • Share authentic insights about the value of real-world projects
  • Identify collaboration opportunities to promote The XPA platform

(All activities are optional, you control your level of involvement.)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying management and business (open to all current university students).
  • Well-connected to campus life and student communities.
  • Interested in marketing, consulting, and innovation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
  • Strong communicator with great people skills.

If this opportunity sounds interesting, we look forward to receiving your application.
