Salary: £40-50k DOE + Uncapped Commission + Company Bonus (OTE £60-70k in Year 1, £100k+ from Year 2 onwards)

The company is open to exceptional candidates from recruitment or other relationship-led sales environments who have a proven history of generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and consistently delivering results.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing customer accounts, and working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.

Duties might include:

  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound activity and relationship building
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Meeting with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate software and technology solutions
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating commercial agreements and successfully closing new business opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity and customer information within the CRM system

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission + Company Bonus (OTE £60,000-£70,000 in Year 1, £100,000+ from Year 2 onwards)

Monday-Friday office hours

Hybrid working available after the successful completion of the probation and training period

  • Proven success within Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management, Key Account Management or a similarly relationship-driven commercial role
  • A strong track record of generating revenue, building client relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Experience within SaaS, Software, IT Solutions, Managed Services or technology sales would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Recruitment consultants with a strong billing history and experience developing client relationships are encouraged to apply
