Warehouse Forklift Driver Immediate start

We are recruiting Forklift drivers for our busy client based in Mendlesham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation supporting a major food distribution contract. The successful candidate will operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations.

Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: Late shift 14:30-23:00

Pay rate: £14.29p/h

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move pallets and stock safely around the warehouse

  • Loading and unloading vehicles

  • Receiving and booking in deliveries

  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

  • Moving stock to designated warehouse locations

  • Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy

  • Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

  • Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily targets

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

  • Following all health & safety procedures and warehouse processes

What we are looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Experience loading and unloading vehicles

  • Happy carrying out manual warehouse duties alongside FLT work

  • Good attention to detail

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Flexible approach within a busy warehouse environment
