AirBnB Cleaner/Host – London

We're looking for an experienced house cleaner to manage regular turnovers at our Airbnb property in London. You'll need to be available throughout the week, including weekends. As the property gets busier, this role may grow into a regular position with turnovers every 3 days or more — a great opportunity to join our expanding business.

We're after a detail-oriented person who takes pride in delivering a spotless space. Your responsibilities will include:

Washing, airing, and changing all bed linen, and making beds to a high standard

Cleaning the entire property to a very high standard ahead of each new guest

Restocking consumables, including toilet tissue, shower gel, and hand soap

Re-ordering consumables with the office when supplies run low

Keeping the garden area tidy and guest-ready

Ensuring the kitchen is spotless and fully presentable, including emptying the fridge

Keeping tea, coffee, and milk topped up for guests

Reporting any breakages to the office

Testing that the TV and internet are working

Assisting with occasional guest requests, such as helping a guest who's locked out or providing other ad hoc support

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and genuine pride in a clean, well-presented space A working smartphone with WhatsApp, and willingness to download our time/attendance app (used for shift tracking and payment)

A smart, presentable manner and availability Monday to Sunday, 11am–4pm A friendly, approachable personality

This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position, making it ideal for someone with Airbnb turnover/cleaning experience, or a background in housekeeping or hotel room attending, who is happy working regular changeovers Monday to Sunday.

Our clients are working professionals who expect a high standard of cleaning, so we're looking for someone reliable, responsive, and consistently at the top of their game.
