Duties

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and skincare services with precision and care
  • Apply makeup for special occasions, photoshoots, or daily wear, ensuring flawless results tailored to each client’s preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following health and safety standards at all times
  • Promote our salon services and products to clients to enhance their beauty routines and encourage repeat visits
  • Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage for future reference
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually improve your skills

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is fully qualified in Beauty Therapy Level 2, 3 and 4
  • Has relevant industry experience
  • Is confident carrying out professional beauty treatments
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Is friendly, professional and reliable
  • Takes pride in their personal presentation and standard of work
  • Is passionate about providing an excellent client experience
  • Can work independently while also being part of our academy and salon team
  • Holds appropriate treatment insurance

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within a professional salon environment
  • Strong skills in makeup application with an eye for detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare products, and treatment techniques is highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a lively salon setting
