It's about meeting the people doing the jobs, finding out what they're really like and seeing if one of them could be right for you.</p><p><br></p><p>If you're thinking <em>“I could see myself doing that”</em>, come along and find out more.</p><ul><li><strong>Thursday 22nd October 2026</strong></li><li><strong>2:00pm – 7:00pm</strong></li><li><strong>Birmingham - <em>Venue details will be shared with successful applicants.</em></strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p>So, what roles are we talking about?</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Development Manager – Star Pubs</strong></p><p>Our Star Pubs BDMs look after a patch of pubs, working with operators to improve performance, develop their businesses and get the best from their pubs.</p><p><br></p><p>It's a mix of coaching, commercial thinking, area management and relationship building.</p><p><br></p><p>If you've got experience in area, regional, retail, hospitality or operations management, we'd like to hear from you. You don't need to have worked in pubs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Development Executive / Manager & Business Development Manager – Front Line Sales</strong></p><p>Our On Trade Sales teams work directly with pubs and bars to grow sales, win new distribution and get more of our beers and ciders on the bar.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll build customer relationships, negotiate deals, understand their businesses and find new ways to grow your patch.</p><p><br></p><p>If you've worked in sales, account management or business development, enjoy being out with customers and have a commercial mindset, we'd like to meet you. Again, you don't need to come from beer or pubs.</p><p><br></p><p>Come and meet us</p><p><br></p><p>You'll hear from people doing the jobs and get a proper feel for what it's like.</p><p><br></p><p>We'll talk about what you actually do day to day, how people got into their roles, what we're looking for and where these roles can take you.</p><p><br></p><p>There'll be plenty of time for questions too.
