🍷 About the Role

As a Concierge Executive – Wine Clients, you’ll play a key role in supporting some of our most high‑profile private and corporate clients. This is a varied, people‑centric role where no two days are the same. You’ll combine proactive sales, relationship building, and exceptional service to bring joy to our customers and help drive our wine & spirits business forward.

Whether you already know your Bordeaux from your Burgundy or you’re keen to learn, you’ll have the chance to grow your knowledge through tastings, training, and hands‑on experience.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing key wine and spirit accounts, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets
  • Sharing updates on new releases, promotions, and exclusive products
  • Meeting clients to discuss large orders, gifting needs, and bespoke proposals
  • Responding to new enquiries and showcasing our Wine & Spirit Concierge service
  • Making proactive sales through events, outreach, and networking
  • Overseeing client orders from first enquiry all the way to delivery
  • Representing us at events and building your presence on LinkedIn
  • Leading a small team during the Christmas peak period to help us shine even brighter
  • Working closely with buying, merchandising, and logistics teams
  • Attending in‑store tastings and training sessions to grow your expertise

  • Experience using D365 or Zendesk
  • Knowledge of own‑label and proprietary wine/spirit ranges
