Independent Contractor – CPT-11555 Hospitality Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A specialty coffee company is seeking a Business Support VA to take ownership of client research, outbound outreach, appointment setting, CRM updates, and follow-up with hospitality prospects.

The company already has a detailed SOP and outreach process in place. The VA's role is to execute the process consistently, engage prospects naturally, and book qualified coffee-tasting appointments for the owner to handle and close.

Target accounts include hotels, private clubs, yacht clubs, high-end restaurants, and other hospitality businesses.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Prospect Research

  • Research hospitality businesses matching client criteria
  • Identify appropriate decision-makers
  • Verify contact information
  • Maintain organized prospect records
  • Prepare assigned accounts for outreach

Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting

  • Conduct outbound calls using client-provided scripts and SOPs
  • Follow the intended flow without sounding robotic or overly scripted
  • Build rapport with hospitality decision-makers
  • Communicate the coffee-tasting opportunity clearly
  • Follow up persistently with prospects
  • Schedule qualified coffee-tasting appointments for the client
  • Confirm appointments and maintain accurate next steps

CRM & Follow-Up

  • Update CRM records after each interaction
  • Track contact attempts and outcomes
  • Maintain follow-up tasks
  • Keep the pipeline organized
  • Ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks
  • Provide basic updates on outreach activity and appointments booked

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Previous lead generation, outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales-support experience required
  • Strong phone communication required
  • Experience following scripts or structured sales processes required
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, restaurant, or B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Strong written English required
  • AI-tool familiarity preferred

Work Schedule

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
