Customer Support Associate

, you’ll:

  • Own the customer journey from inquiry to resolution, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

    Issue Ownership:

    Take full responsibility for customer issues, guiding them from initial contact to final resolution.

      Ticket Management:

      Prioritize and respond to support tickets, phone calls, emails, and internal messages with speed and accuracy.

        Customer Advocacy:

        Approach every interaction with urgency, empathy, patience, and professionalism, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.

          Problem Solving:

          Use sound judgment to troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and communicate clear, actionable solutions.

            Escalation Management:

            Escalate complex technical bugs to the appropriate teams, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

              Continuous Learning:

              Proactively seek knowledge about our products, industry trends, and customer pain points.

                Team Collaboration:

                Work closely with Development, Product Management, and Sales to ensure timely and effective customer support.

                  Culture Contribution:

                  Bring positivity to the team—whether through a timely GIF or a supportive word—helping to create a vibrant, inclusive workplace.

                  Essential Qualifications

                  • 1–3 years of experience in technical customer support, SaaS support, or phone‑based customer service.
                  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
                  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele, ranging from tech‑savvy users to those with limited computer skills.
                  • Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar) and collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite).
                  • Self‑motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and teach.
                  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with teammates.
                  • Prior B2B experience in a startup setting is advantageous but not required.

                  Preferred Qualifications

                  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ConnectWise, LogMeIn, or similar platforms.
                  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and coordinating with engineering teams.
                  • Background in customer success or account management within a SaaS ecosystem.
                  • Knowledge of industry best practices for customer support, including CSAT, NPS, and support metrics.
