Executive Assistant - Part-Time - 6-Month Contract

<p>We are looking foran Executive Assistant to join a global biopharmaceutical company who develops and commercialises biopharmaceutical therapies to treat chronic, severe conditions, centring on neurology and immunology. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive and administrative support to a busy team,managing complex diaries, international meetings, travel arrangements,expenses, and key events while ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated in a fast-paced environment.<br> <br>Location: Slough (Hybrid and Remote available)<br>Type: Part-time - 20hours<br>Contract: 6 month<br>Pay Rate: £18.09 per hour PAYE<br> <br>Key Responsibilities:<br> </p><ul><li>Coordination of business travel arrangements/itineraries</li><li>Meeting scheduling across time global time zones, coordination of meetings and materials both internally and externally</li><li>Good level of communication/English required</li><li>Expense reports</li><li>Updating various meeting trackers, agendas</li><li>HQ on-site assistance 24/25 September to print agendas/maps/assist with IT issues in the meeting rooms, order catering, check in to meeting rooms</li><li>Other ad hoc tasks that keeps the team operating smoothly as needed</li></ul><p> <br>Key Requirements:<br> </p><ul><li>Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, particularly within a compliance function and using the source clear software package.</li><li>Competent/advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP would be desirable.</li><li>Enthusiasm and initiative must be self-motivated and ability to work independently.</li><li>High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.</li><li>Well-organised and able to work under pressure with the ability to plan and prioritise.</li><li>Team orientated, willing to support a busy team.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with team and internal/external stakeholders</li></ul><p> <br>AdditionalInformation:<br> </p><ul><li>This role is VDI only. Candidates will need to use their own laptop</li><li>This role is for 20 hours, split between 4 or 5 days a week.
