Junior Freelance Social Media Manager

Tangerine is looking for a creative, organised and passionate Social Media Manager to help bring our brand to life online.

Whether you're studying marketing or communications, building your freelance portfolio, or have been creating content for your own projects, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with great ideas, a strong eye for content, and the motivation to learn.

This is a flexible freelance role with the opportunity for ongoing work as Tangerine continues to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Develop social media content and campaigns
  • Create engaging photo and video content
  • Plan and manage our content calendar
  • Write captions and marketing copy
  • Schedule posts across our social platforms
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Track performance and share content insights
  • Work closely with our team to bring new ideas to life
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has a great eye for visual content and branding
  • Loves social media and keeps up with trends
  • Is creative, proactive and organised
  • Can work independently and manage deadlines
  • Has experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
  • Has strong written communication skills
  • Is eager to learn and grow
Bonus points if you have:
  • Photography or videography skills
  • Experience creating content for a business, club, university society or your own brand
  • Hospitality or lifestyle content experience
