  • Completing the required compliance administration for each case in line with the network's requirements and the Broker's guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organised client records on the CRM and internal systems.
  • Submitting and progressing protection applications, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and other personal or business protection products.
  • Liaising with lenders, insurers and other parties involved in a case where required.

What They're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence dealing with clients over the telephone.
  • Experience using mortgage CRM systems and lender portals.
  • Experience submitting DIPs and mortgage applications.
  • A good understanding of mortgage compliance and file requirements.
  • Experience with protection applications and the associated administration and compliance.
  • Strong general IT skills.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
  • A proactive approach to chasing outstanding information and progressing cases.
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a small team.

Because this is a boutique firm, our client is looking for someone who is comfortable with the demands of a growing business and is willing to take ownership of their area of responsibility.

Right to Work

Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What's On Offer:

  • £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working - London office and home working.
  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • A stable role within a small, growing mortgage and property finance brokerage.
  • The opportunity to become an important part of the day-to-day running of the firm as the business grows.

Our client is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys mortgage administration, likes keeping things organised and takes satisfaction from making sure cases are handled properly from start to finish.

If that sounds like you, our client would be interested in hearing from you.
