<p> Real Estate Litigation Senior Associate  – Manchester</p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate litigator to head up the real estate litigation offering for a leading North West firm.</p> <p>The team are based in Manchester and have an excellent local and regional reputation as part of a larger pre-eminent real estate offering.</p> <p>The role will involve taking the real estate litigation department through their next level of growth and will require the incoming real estate litigation solicitor to be actively involved with developing client relationships with the firm’s long standing real estate clients, running a caseload of real estate litigation matters and supporting the wider real estate litigation team.</p> <p>As the firm already has an established real estate litigation department there is already a developed client base and structure in place for this incoming solicitor, giving the successful candidate a solid platform to drive this department forward.</p> <p>The firm are happy to consider either a real estate litigation solicitor who has experience growing and managing a department or a real estate litigation solicitor who is keen to take the next step in their career and move into a more senior role.</p> <p>If you are a real estate litigation solicitor based in either Manchester and would like to know more about this role, please get in touch with Joe Gregory.<br /> <br /> joegregory@thinklegalrecruitment.com</p>
