£24,000 base salary + uncapped one-off commissionsPermanent · 35 hours per week
We’re looking for a confident, proactive salesperson to help grow two London businesses: Heaven Host, our property management and accommodation company, and Iron Free, our premium linen hire and laundry service.
You’ll work directly with the founder, build relationships and turn opportunities into paying clients.
What you’ll do
- Win property management agreements and source rent-to-rent opportunities.
- Secure accommodation bookings from corporate clients, relocation agencies and public-sector organisations.
- Bring new linen hire and laundry clients to Iron Free.
- Own the sales process—from outreach and meetings to proposals, closing and handover.
- Keep a clear sales pipeline and report on results.
What you’ll bring
Sales or business development experience, excellent English and confidence approaching new clients. You should be organised, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.
Experience in property, hospitality or B2B services is an advantage. You must have the right to work in the UK and be available for meetings across London.
What you’ll earn
£2,000 per month before tax, plus one-off commissions:
- £400 per new managed property.
- £200 per new rent-to-rent property.
- 5% of a new corporate or relocation client’s first booking.
- 10% of a new Iron Free client’s first month’s orders.
Commissions are payable after activation and receipt of the relevant client payment, excluding VAT and refunds. No recurring commission applies.
