<strong>Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor</strong><br><strong>Brentford | 20 hours per week | Up to £13.22 per hour + Uncapped Commission</strong><br><br>Are you a confident, customer-focused individual with a natural flair for sales?<br><br>We are recruiting on behalf of a <strong>well-established national storage company</strong> for a <strong>Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor</strong> to join their team based at their <strong>Brentford offices</strong>.<br>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and achieving results.<br><br>The RoleYou will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Handling inbound and outbound sales calls</li><ul><li>Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email</li><li>Building strong relationships with new and existing customers</li><li>Understanding customer needs and providing tailored quotations</li><li>Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services</li><li>Processing deposits and arranging follow-up contact</li><li>Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system</li><li>Delivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when required</li></ul></ul><strong>About You:</strong><br><ul><li>At least <strong>2 years' experience within a call/contact centre environment</strong></li><ul><li>A natural sales ability and positive, "can-do" attitude</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Good organisation and attention to detail</li><li>Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems</li><li>A results-driven approach and the ability to work well within a small team</li><li>Previous complaint-handling experience would be advantageous<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Hours & Salary</strong><br><strong>Permanent, Part-Time: 20 hours per week</strong><br><strong>Salary: Up to £13.22 per hour + uncapped commission</strong><br><strong>Location: Brentford, TW7</strong><br><br>The working pattern will include:<br><ul><li><strong>Saturday:</strong> 9:00am to 5:00pm</li><ul><li><strong>Sunday:</strong> 10:00am to 4:00pm</li><li><strong>6 additional hours during the week</strong></li></ul></ul>If you are an enthusiastic customer service professional who enjoys sales, building relationships and achieving results, <strong>we would love to hear from you.</strong>
