£45,000–£52,000 + discretionary bonus Central London | 4 days in office, WFH MondaysAn exciting opportunity for an established Senior Account Manager or experienced Account Manager ready to step up to SAM to join a fast-growing independent growth marketing agency working with ambitious start-ups and scale-ups across B2C and B2B .The agency is in a significant period of growth, with a team of around 20 and plans to double in size over the next year . They combin performance marketing, creative, experimentation and optimisatione to help high-growth businesses acquire customers and scale.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more strategic and commercial ownership of clients , alongside clear scope to progress as the agency grows.The RoleYou'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as their senior day-to-day contact and working closely with specialist performance, creative and optimisation teams.You'll be responsible for:Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.Leading integrated growth programmes across paid media, creative, landing pages and CRO .Translating client objectives into clear briefs, project plans and deliverables.Managing timelines, resources, budgets and priorities across multiple accounts.Turning performance data into clear, commercially focused client recommendations.Taking ownership of budgets, profitability, renewals and account growth .Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.Supporting pitches and new business opportunities.Mentoring more junior members of the client services team. About YouYou'll ideally have 4+ years' client services/account management experience within a marketing, digital, performance or integrated agency .You could already be operating at SAM level or be an experienced Account Manager ready to make the step up , provided you have the confidence and experience to take greater ownership of senior client relationships.You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders. You'll also understand how integrated digital campaigns come together across paid media, creative, data and conversion .You don't need to be a hands-on performance marketer, but you should have a genuine interest in growth marketing and be confident working closely with specialist teams.Experience with start-ups, scale-ups and B2C and/or B2B brands would be particularly useful.
