Senior Sales Lead – Europe (English Required; Spanish or French Preferred)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Lead based in Germany.

This is a fully remote senior sales opportunity focused on developing commercial relationships across Europe and selected international markets. You’ll own the commercial journey from initial consultation through client onboarding and structured handover to the recruitment team. The role involves engaging directly with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers to understand organizational needs and establish strong commercial partnerships. You’ll combine consultative selling, strategic judgment, and relationship management in an international environment. Success will depend on your ability to manage multiple commercial conversations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism and follow-through. The position offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to directly contribute to regional commercial growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead high-level commercial conversations with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and executive decision-makers across European and selected international markets.
  • Assess prospective clients’ organizational requirements, business context, and objectives to determine strategic fit.
  • Guide prospective clients through the commercial engagement process, from initial consultation through agreement and onboarding.
  • Represent the organization professionally and credibly across different industries, markets, cultures, and business environments.
  • Prepare clear written follow-ups, including meeting summaries, proposals, supporting materials, and next steps.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective and newly onboarded clients throughout the commercial lifecycle.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-structured client onboarding.
  • Manage the transition and handover of clients to the recruitment team once the commercial process is complete.
  • Balance a high volume of commercial conversations while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and a consultative approach.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen commercial performance and contribute to growth across the European region.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive commercial discussions and client information.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, client engagement, or a comparable commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging senior decision-makers, executives, and other high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quickly understand different industries, organizational structures, and business models.
  • Proven international experience working across multiple countries, regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Spanish or French language proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with a professional and credible presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple commercial conversations simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Strong follow-through, organization, and coordination skills in a fully remote working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Sound commercial judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or high-level discussions appropriately.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the autonomy to manage the full commercial lifecycle.
