Short-Form Video Editor

We're looking for a reliable freelance editor to edit short-form videos quickly and upload both the finished video and its editable project file back to our portal after every edit.

  • You must use Filmora Pro and have your own valid licence.
  • Raw footage: 30–180 seconds; finished videos must be 59 seconds or under.
  • Follow our editing style: remove stutters, breathing pauses, dead space and repetition so the video flows naturally. Make light colour or brightness adjustments if needed.
  • Footage is sent automatically through our portal. Aim to return each edit within five hours during agreed availability, and within one working day.
  • This is very basic editing with minimal work involved; attention to detail and natural flow are the priorities. Our current workflow typically takes under six minutes per video, including rendering and exporting.

Expect around 5–10 videos per week, with the opportunity for more as our working relationship develops.

Pay is £3 per video for the first 100 videos. Once we've established consistent quality and reliability, we'll discuss increasing this to £4 per video.

Please apply with 2–3 examples of your editing and your availability.

Application question(s):

  • Please share links to 2–3 short-form videos you edited and state which editing software you use.
  • Can you meet the turnaround described and work at £3 per video for the first 100 videos? Please state your availability and time zone.
